Chicago Booth is delighted to participate in the Yellow Ribbon Program, an enhancement of the Post 9-11 Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2008, which allows institutions of higher learning in the United States to fund tuition expenses that exceed the highest public in-state undergraduate tuition rate. Yellow Ribbon awards are not scholarships and are available to all veterans at Chicago Booth who qualify under the VA guidelines.
This full-tuition fellowship is awarded to a Full-Time MBA student who served, or is currently serving, in the US military. Students must demonstrate outstanding leadership, academic and extracurricular achievements, and a commitment to advancing the interests of those having served in the military.
Chicago Booth waives the application fee for all US military applicants. You may also be eligible for application mentoring and other resources through the student-led Armed Forces Group.
Through the support of alumni such as Eric Gleacher, ’67, and the Harper Family Foundation, Chicago Booth is committed to funding Yellow Ribbon and other merit awards for military service members.
